NeoClassic: The C++ Version of Classic

NeoClassic is the newest version of Classic. It was written in C++ and has several interfaces:

C++ API
character interface

A WindowsNT GUI was written, but this interface no longer works, and I do not have the knowledge to fix it.

NeoClassic is the recommended version of Classic for most use. It is the one for which there is a concentrated effort on its maintenance. All future extensions will done in this version. NeoClassic has been used in the Information Manifold.
